Taking care of our emotional wellbeing is as important as exercise and balanced eating. Art journaling is a wonderful tool that can be used to support our emotional wellbeing as a regular practice and when life becomes overwhelming. During this workshop you will explore and experience the benefits of this practice. All materials are provided including a journal for each participant to take home. This workshop is open to youth age 14-17 yeas old regardless of art journaling experience.
